bcawareness Miles for Mammograms will replace the Amy Hafer Race.  This year, we encourage you to join us in support of breast cancer awareness at Miles for Mammograms, an informal walk sponsored by Chief Joseph Days Tough Enough to Wear Pink committee.  Money raised from this event will go to the same place its always gone, and the same place the Amy Hafer Race proceeds went to:  free mammograms for local low income women.

After a wonderful ten year run, the Wallowa Valley Health Care Foundation decided it would be a better use of resources to join with our friends at Chief Joseph Days rather than hold two similar events so close together.  Miles for Mammograms will help us raise awareness and money, and we hope you’ll join us!
