Open New doors

Starting in one position can often open doors to new opportunities. For example, we have an employee who started in housekeeping, trained to become a Certified Nurse’s Aide, and continued to become a Registered Nurse. We have a phlebotomist in training to advance to a medical technologist. Opportunities abound for nurses to gain specialties in wound care, chemotherapy, obstetrics, surgery, and more. There is opportunity to work into leadership positions as well.
