Home Health

We improve outcomes for patients in a home setting. We bring the best in home health to our patients and families in Wallowa County. We proudly deliver comprehensive care with compassion, commitment and the highest standards of excellence.

We serve all ages.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Registered nurses (RNs) provide skilled services that cannot be performed safely and effectively by nonprofessional personnel. Some of these services include injections and intravenous therapy, wound care, education on disease treatment and prevention, and patient assessments. RNs may also provide case management services.

"Home care" is a simple phrase that encompasses a wide range of health and social services. These services are delivered at home to recovering, disabled, chronically or terminally ill persons in need of medical, nursing or therapeutic treatment and/or assistance with the essential activities of daily living.

Whether you are recovering from surgery or illness, or living with a chronic disease like diabetes or COPD, Home Health Care can make hospital visits shorter and less frequent with home-based skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. We work closely with your physician to coordinate all aspects of your care, focusing on helping you recover and regain your independence.
