Wallowa Valley Care Center

Wallowa Valley Care Center, located at 207 E. Park Street in Enterprise is a licensed 32 bed Intermediate Care facility providing 24 hour nursing services, 7 days a week. It is Medicaid certified, and is part of the Wallowa County Health Care District.  The Care Center staff is dedicated to promoting the social, psychological, spiritual and physical well being of all the Residents. Routine daily care is provided in a home-like environment, where the interests of the Residents come first. Services are available for long term or short term care. 

Wallowa Valley Care Center's intent is to promote the Resident's capabilities to their highest level, and to allow as much independence as possible with assistance provided in a respectful manner. Our staff take pride in the care provided those who live in our facility.

Services offered to our Residents include:

• Professional nursing staff and certified nursing assistants on site 24 hours a day for the Resident's care, comfort and security.
• A spacious dining area where delicious, nutritious meals are served. Meals are prepared under the supervision of our registered, licensed dietitian.
• We have a large comfortable day room, with a cheeful atmosphere, and beautiful views of the mountains; always festively decorated for any holiday.
• Planned daily acivities include exercise time, bingo, musicial entertainment, crafts, bible study and much more.
• Semi private rooms where items from home are a welcome addition to make our Resident's rooms more home-like and comfortable.
