Medical Plan
$300 deductible Preferred Provider Plan that provides comprehensive coverage including wellness and preventive features.
Vision Insurance
Pays 100% of exam at preferred providers. Insurance cover up to $100 for frames, $56 for single vision lensed, $84 for bifocals lenses, etc.
Prescription Drug Plan
A Three-Tier Prescription drug plan that pays $10/20/40 for Prescription Drugs from a preferred provider.
Dental Insurance
Dental Plan emphasizes preventive care with three different incentive levels.
Section 125 Flexible Spending Account
Child care/insurance premiums/health care expenses paid with pre-tax dollars.
Life Insurance
$10,000 - life insurance coverage.
Short-Term Disability
Provides income replacement up to 70% of base wages for 26 weeks.
403 (b) Retirement Program
The District has a voluntary retirement plan with several investment options available to all employees classified full or part time. Beginning in year two of service the District will match the employee's contributions of 1% to 9% depending on length of service.
